Online Returns
Clöz is happy to accept the return of non-personalized, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Some items once logo’d may not be returnable. Information on which items can be returned is listed on your e-mail confirmations and shipping invoice and further policy information can be found by clicking Return Policy.
In order to access your previously shipped order(s) please login to your account below. If you have forgotten your password click forgot password and one will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you have placed a non Internet order you can still access your account by entering your email address and the password sent to you at the time your order was confirmed.
At the conclusion of your return you will have the opportunity to create a new order for replacement of new merchandise. Your new order will be expedited for processing and will incur a $12.95 shipping & handling fee.
Please Note: Name tapes will not be sewn into your expedited replacement merchandise.
