Clöz is happy to accept the return of non-personalized, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Some items once logo’d may not be returnable. Information on which items can be returned is listed on your e-mail confirmations and shipping invoice and further policy information can be found by clicking Return Policy. Name tapes will not be sewn into your expedited replacement merchandise.
At the conclusion of your return you will have the opportunity to create a new order for replacement of new merchandise. Your new order will be expedited for processing and will incur a $12.95 shipping & handling fee.
In order to acceess your previously shipped order(s) at , you must login using your Cloz email address and password. If we find that you have an open shopping cart that has not been checked out, you will first need to checkout or delete that shopping cart before you can perform your return/exchange.
