Warranty Information
At Bsö, we are committed to providing you with high-quality cargo bags, duffels, and lifestyle accessories built to last a lifetime. Our warranty fully guarantees against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product.

Bsö will repair or replace (at our option) any product that has been proven defective to the original owner.
  • Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions.
  • Repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, are not covered under our guarantee.
  • Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than Bsö will void the Lifetime Guarantee.
  • The Lifetime Guarantee does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in Bsö packs or accessories.
  • Other incidental and consequential losses are excluded from the Lifetime Guarantee. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you.
  • For guarantee evaluation, you must first call customer service 773-247-8879 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm M-F EST and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
  • Once you have obtained an RA # and you have included a copy of the form with your merchandise, and once you have indicated your RA number on the outside of your package, please send your return via an insured carrier to:

  • Please make sure you ship your package insured and prepaid via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Bso will not accept responsibility for uninsured or non-receipt verification returned packages. Please allow an estimated 14 to 21 business days for product repair or replacement. Please don't return your item in May hoping to receive its repair or replacement before 1st Session Trunk Pick-Up. Please plan accordingly.
