- Order Early! Orders placed after April 25th are not guaranteed for
1st session trunk pick-up.
- Give yourself time to make an exchange if an item doesn't fit
- Exchange merchandise and backordered items are shipped FedEx Ground.
Plan accordingly.
- Avoid Monday mornings in May. Mondays are the heaviest call volume
days.
- Try using the web. You can place your order, process your return, exchange,
and receive order information.
- Make sure we have your email address. If we don't have it, we can't
contact or update you on your order.
- Some products are not carried in our warehouse and are drop-shipped
directly to you by other merchants. If you have any issues with these products upon
receipt, please contact the merchant that shipped the item to you. Merchant contact
information is provided in email correspondance and your shipment packing list.
Note: We may bill you for drop shipped items before these items are actually
shipped by the merchant.
